Menjangan Island is a small island, located 5 miles to the north-west of Bali island and is part of the Indonesian archipelago. Menjangan' s white sandy beaches make a nice location to break for lunch. Underwater, the drop-off along the south shore and eastern tip, facing the Bali Sea, are home to lots of colourful small fish and vertebrates, lacy sea fans and a variety of sponges. The sandy, gradual slopes of Menjangan' s north coast is a final resting place for Bali' s oldest dive able shipwreck, the Anker Wreck. Menjangan Islands north coast has also some beautiful snorkeling sites.
Even large pelagics are sometimes seen at Menjangan Island. Occasionally sightings of Whales, Whale sharks and Manta rays have been reported. Drift diving is usual, but currents are quite mild and all levels of divers can enjoy this area.

Menjangan Island is located on the north of the National West Bali Park, 76 km west Singaraja city. To reached the island tourist must used motor-boat around 30 minutes. Menjangan Island is small island without occupants widely approximately 175 hectare consisted of coral, the vulcanic rock stone as well as the volcanic black land. This island offered the potential beauty of sorrounding sea taht really suitable for the recreation activity as well as water sport like : Snorkelling and Scuba diving.

Menjangan Island Visit a tips and a few place to stay when you have plan to menjangan, i suggest you stay at Pemuteran at Taman Selini Bungalow beach front. If you prefer relax place stay 2 night is more recommended. Its take approximately 3.5 hour from Bali International Airport, Another option is to stay in the Park itself at Waka Shorea. You can only get there by boat. The downside being once youa re there, well, you are there. Menjangan Island located at North West Coast Bali, the island is very quite but very good for diving & snorkeling. Trekking at Bali Barat park also good activities when you stay.
